Message	I am having trouble passing smog in Cali. I have 96tt with wolf intake, ECU, downpipes, Stillen exhaust & intercoolers. MAX HC is 52 @15mph and I am at 100, Max HC is 36 @25mph and I am at 43. CO and NO is good, allthough my NO is 0 at 25mph and 433 @15mph. Any way I checked my base timing and it was at 8. I changed it to 13 and lowered my idle to 800 (it was ~1000). Any ideas on how this will affect my smog test ? thanks Mike
